On Friday afternoon I went to the optometrist about whatever it was I'd had in my eye from Tuesday afternoon...
... turns out it was a little tiny weeny speck of glass, embedded in my eye! No wonder it was hurting! So the lovely optometrist got it out and the next day it felt much better.
Photos of my bad haircut (which happened yesterday morning) and us dressed up for the party (last night) still to come... :)
